Making an Appointment

Scheduling Your Exam

Typically, your doctor's office will call and schedule your exam for you at one of our two convenient locations. We do our best to provide same-day appointments.

Be sure to advise us of any special circumstances such as:

  • If you have any physical limitations (such as oxygen, wheelchair) or allergies (such as iodine, tape).
  • If you may be pregnant or are currently breast-feeding.
  • If you have a pacemaker, aneurysm clips, or other metal in your body.
  • If you are claustrophobic.
  • If you have had previous Ultrasound, X-ray, CT, or MRI exams and where they were taken.
Note: If you need to cancel or change your appointment, please give us 24 hours notice so we can accommodate other patients.

On The Day Of Your Exam, please bring:

  • The referral slip if you received one from your doctor. We must have this to perform the exam.
  • Your insurance card and pre-authorization information.
  • Worker's comp information, if applicable.
  • Prior X-rays or scans if you have been instructed to do so.
